Train Like a Mongolian Contortionist- Contortion Retreat, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

This retreat will be held in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I am beyond thrilled to host my 4th retreat in my hometown this one is especially close to my heart.

We will train at the iconic Ulaanbaatar Circus (also known as Ulaanbaatar Theatre), where generations of Mongolian contortionists have trained.

I will be offering 5 intensive training days, each session lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes.
I truly want to give each student my full attention, so spots are very limited.

What You Will Learn:

• How to warm up properly
• How to prevent injuries
• Contortion technique & straight handstand training
• Strength & conditioning workouts
• Contortion sequences

This retreat is designed to help you train smarter, stronger, and with deeper understanding like a true Mongolian contortionist.

Pricing:

Single Room: $3000
Twin Room: $2500

Flexibility Training Experience Required

Prerequisites:
Participants should have a solid foundation in the following skills:

• Bridge
• Chest Stand (feet do not have to touch the ground)

To ensure safety and high-quality progress, a basic level of contortion strength and control is required.
